Do all apartments have ocean views?
Yes, all our balconies have ocean views with the main swimming beach only 50 metres away.
Do the rooms have ensuites?
Yes, all apartments have ensuites as well as separate toilets and bathrooms.
What do we need to bring?
All apartments are fully self-contained with linen provided. A small quantity of tea, coffee, soap etc is provided for your initial night only. Bring beach towels, or alternatively hire them from reception.
Can you help with car hire?
Yes, we can provide you with a safe, reliable vehicle for a reasonable cost.
Are there eating places close by?
Yes, we are located in the heart of Cotton Tree where many clubs, restaurants and al fresco cafes are abundant.
How far is Australia Zoo?
Approximately 30 minutes drive south or a free bus pick up point is 10 minutes walk away. |

10 minutes drive south.
How far is Noosa?
Only a 30 minute scenic drive north.
Are there any golf courses in the area?
Yes we have many professional courses and driving ranges in the region. These include Horton Park Golf Club in Maroochydore itself. Other courses within the region include:-

Do you have elevators?
There are no elevators in the building, but a ground floor apartment with private garden area may be available.
Do you have air conditioning?
Most of our apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area. |

Do you have cot hire?
We have Cots, Rollaway beds, High Chairs, a stroller and Electric BBQ's available for hire. Please advise us prior to your arrival should you require any of these. We provide a small supply of consumables, eg. coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, dish washing liquid and powder, enough for the first night only. Additional supplies of these items can be purchased from reception during office hours.
